MOVED
All Time Low
Earlier today I went off to MoA and had lunch with friends at Peanut Butter Company. They put peanut butter on everything. everything. Burgers, pasta, you name it.
This is Chris' Jeremy Scott watch.
Jealous. So incredibly jealous.
Fun Fact: My ticket is for Row F Seat 10. It's pretty darn near, but I'm just not satisfied unless my view is absolutely perfect. I managed to get the bouncers to move me to Row C, then suddenly I found myself at Row A. Cheers to boss persuasion powers!
My seat was right in between Jack and Alex's side of the stage. Barely got any photos of Zack, but he was absolutely adorable.
227895498548454 girls in Araneta threw bras on stage. Here, look at Jack's lovely bra stand.
Also, Jack told me that I had nice boobs. ヽ(´▽`)/
Best part definitely goes to Remembering Sunday. Not ashamed to say I teared up while I was singing along. In fact, I think quite a lot of people teared up as well! It was beautiful. Such a beautiful moment.
Goodbye ATL
I will never forget this night.

brains!
I've got this habit of doodling on myself. I do it quite a lot. I spent most of the morning paired up with a pen and purple highlighter. A perfect start to a day if you'd ask me.
Also, I've got DOMO earphones. Aww yeah.

I bet these will last 2 weeks tops. I tend to go through at least 2-3 pairs a month. I'm brutal with earphones, you see. Absolutely brutal.
P.S. my nails look like a painting.
Street food! Absolute comfort food. I had some calamari. Have I written about my love for seafood yet? I really should soon. I can live on squid and prawn for ages!
At first glance, you'd think it would be regular pale pink lipstick.
Say hello to my new lighter. Keena and I have the same one. Such a shame my red lipstick lighter died. I'll never forget you.

Late night train rides. Not as bad as I imagined it would be.
Stay classy, San Diego. Goodnight.

P.S. Yakult, I've been drinking so much of you lately.
You are so beautiful to me. You and your 8 million Live Lactobacillus Casei Shirota Strain.

springtempo II~
I've been wanting to share music and what better way than to show them through springtempo entries!
Basically, welcome to my song dump.

Ugly (acoustic) - 2NE1
Don’t look at me, I hate this feeling right now
I want to hide away somewhere
I want to escapeThis world is full of lies

She Came Home For Christmas - Mew
Don't touch her there
She told me
She remembers how it felt
Into my heart, don't remember
Like you left us, without notice

Dead Hearts - Stars
Was there one you saw too clearly?
Did they seem too real to you?
They were kids that I once knew
Now they're all dead hearts to you.

En t'attendant - Melanie Laurent
Le temps prend tout son temps
Et moi je perds le mien
Je m'invente des jeux enfantins
Je fais peu avec rien

Chairman's Waltz - John Williams (Memoirs of a Geisha soundtrack)

Forgive me for having 2NE1 and Mew once again.
I love those two far too much.

Cafe Noriter~
If you're familiar with the Taft area, surely you must know of Cafe Noriter!
Honestly, that place is like a dream. Everything is quirky and lovely with a hint of korean.
Did I mention Korean?
Few snapshots near the bathroom area.
The photo to the right reminds me so much of a 4Minute song.
거울아거울아, anyone?
nae geo ura~!
There's a lot of doodles around the wooden areas by countless students over the time Noriter has been in business. Personally, I think it's pretty fantastic.
"Ally is Park Bom"
Gee, I wonder who wrote that?
Strawberry Smoothie!
Strawberries strawberries strawberries.
Also, here is Mikko's Head---or rather, hair on my lap.
The pudding camera is making his hair color look neat-o!
Let me end this post with faces that will greet you inside the lavatory.
Happy toilet forever happy no matter what surprise you bring for him.

ヽ(´ー`)ノ
Quite an eventful weekend, actually.
First off, MoA with Darren and Bene!
I still haven't fully explored MoA to be honest.
They weren't kidding when they said that it was the biggest mall in Asia.
Seriously. It's huge.
Also hung out with giant Iron Man and Thor.
Gorgeous, yeah?
Come, let me take you home with me.
Bene had his eyes on the beautiful (and ginormous) ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom Gundam while I was busy adoring the Gambit figure. I always have and always will be a love you, Remy.

KAIZOKU SENTAI GOKAIGER RANGER KEYS!
I wanted to cry when I saw these! I had no idea that they would be available this early here!Since the store had the ranger keys I said to myself, "Hey, they must have the Gokaiger morphers... right? right?" I asked the employee and you cannot imagine the heartbreak I felt when he told me they didn't have any.

I'm patient, though. I'll wait.
I'll be a space pirate soon enough.
Gokai Change! Gokai Yellow!
Let's go, Let's Gokaiger!

These are Hermit Crabs.
Not just regular Hermit Crabs though! They have painted shells!
Ugh the Batman and Thor shells are forever flawless.
Bene introduced me to Gong Cha. The milk tea they have is absolutely delicious! I want to go back so badly! I can't recall what he ordered... Winter Melon, I think? Well, whatever it was, it was lovely.
Oh, and I accidentally took a photo while watching a film with friends.
How illegal of me to do such a thing.
Trip back from Malabon! I'm pretty sure I was singing the whole hour ride.
Apperently, these are the only photos I have from the photoshoot day! It was amazing to help out as a creative director and makeup artist and I wouldn't mind doing it again. Photos will be posted here soon.
I also filmed my auditon for TVN over the weekend.
Eye packs make me look like I've got single eyelids.
Also, B.A.R is amazing. My nails were flawless. I wish I could still say the same about them now. I've been chipping them like crazy.
I've been productive. It's a healthy change.
Goodnight, Manila.

It's been a habit of mine to tell cafes and such that my name is Bom.
Happy Lemon likes to please me...
and tease me.

Time to document all the receipts!
So far, from what I've had, I might just have receipts that say,
  • Pong
  • Bong
  • Pon
  • Bomb

Duck fetus!

This is Balut.
Basically its an boiled duck egg.
You crack open a little hole and suck out the soup.
Afterwards, you take out the shell.
There's a yolk part that's like chicken hard boiled egg yolk.
The white part's a bit chewier and crunchy though.
It tastes good with salt!
That's all there is to Balut, I think.
oh wait I see something
ooh what is thi-SWEET MOTHER OF GOD, IS THAT A REAL DUCK FETUS?!
This is a pretty common dish in Asia.
Basically the same as a chicken's egg that's hard-boiled.
Except, you know, the part where there's a duck fetus that's still inside.
I do not eat that part, though.
That's just wrong.

Oh no, have I grossed you out with Balut?
I'm sorry. Here, let me make it up to you.
This is Gabby.
He's single. Almost 9 years old (I think) too.
Also, he just lost his two front teeth.
Ooooh baby, such a charmer right there.

Come on, look at that sweet face!

Also, I went to Bollywood recently.
Strawberry Shisha is the most beautiful creation.

springtempo~
I've been very keen about my driving songs recently.
Whenever I drive the car and I'm completely alone, I always end up pretending I'm in a completely cheesy music video. It's so strange, actually.

My variation of music shifts quite a number of times so there's always something different to look forward to.

My Night With the Prostitute From Marseille - Beirut
Eight Flew Over One Was Destroyed - Mew
Mixtapes - Plushgun
Wuthering Heights - Kate Bush

and the best song to listen to while driving?
I Am the Best (내가 제일 잘 나가) - 2NE1

I bet you saw that track coming.
Bom ratatata tatatatata, beat!

See that title for the post? See what I did there? ohohoho~

모험 시간~
Darren got his hair bleached. It looks pretty milky white. Like carbonara.
I had my eyebrows threaded. I never really liked the pain of threading. Boo.
Also, guess who likes giving 32432423432 missed calls? Jenny Humphrey does.
Two purchases of the day!
  • Spiderman comic at National Bookstore. Surprisingly, it was just for 99! I couldn't believe it. I thought they made a mistake. Oh well, at least I've got it now. The pages are in brilliant condition.
  • Pacman ring! I couldn't resist.
  • Oh, and Bon Chon too! Bon Chon, one true love of my life.

Also, my friend is now the proud owner of Super Junior's enormous Mr. Simple album. Seriously, it's huge. And when you open it up, Siwon's abs are all up in yo face.

Vinyl and Comic Books

I've been discovering quite a lot of things lately-one of them being the magic of Cubao X's vintage stores. I'm happy that Darren introduced me to that area. It's a shame a few of our friends couldn't go.

We also went to Anonas, but I'll post about that in just a second.
  • Wandered around Cubao Expo. Some of the stores, particularly Sputnik and the handful of vintage shops, were just beautiful to look at.
  • Late lunch at Bellonis/Bellinis ...I can't recall the name. But hey, it's that Italian restaurant from that film One More Chance! Pasta there is fantastic.
  • Darren ordered wine and it was good until the late afternoon sun got in the way and made it warm. By then it tasted sjfkdfjskdfjsdf.
  • More wandering around~
  • Finding an amazing vinyl record store! Absolutely fell in love with the vinyl collection. I barely knew most of the artists, but it was fun browsing through and seeing the cover art. What surprised me was that it was only 100 each! It came as a shock because the modern vinyls I see cost a ton more. Either way, I wasn't going to leave the shop without one.

I saw a shop nearby that sold loads of vintage comic books and I just couldn't resist. I managed to get some Star Trek, X-Force, Alien, Predator, and some other titles that caught my eye that I'm not too familiar with. And come on, at just 20 each? Damn, that's amazing.

Oh, and Darren is now in possession of a demon lighter that almost set fire to my hair. I swear, it's absolutely insane.

I have the biggest feeling that I'm forgetting about a lot more, but that and my post about Anonas shall have to wait. My eyes are heavy and I'm exhausted and I'm about to pass out any minute n
Breathe in, breathe out

A few months ago, I said "hello" to the ocean on a stormy day.
Not that it has any connection to what I'm about to say.
But hey, the blogging bug in me has risen like a phoenix.
Let's see how this goes.
